Required information
- reason for the enquiry;
- name;
- email address;
- message.
Optional information
- organisation or association;
- telephone number;

- number of people being considered.
Why is this information used?
It is used only to process and answer your enquiry.
Who may access it?
Authorised members of the Le Fil Rouge team and technical providers strictly required to deliver the message.
How long is it kept?
The form does not create a business inbox in WordPress: the message is sent by email. When an enquiry does not result in a booking or contract, it is kept for no more than 24 months after the last exchange.
If the enquiry results in a booking or contractual relationship, some data may be kept in accordance with the obligations applying to that relationship.
Contact data is not reused for marketing.
04 · Protection
Reducing abusive submissions
The form uses limited technical mechanisms intended to reduce automated or abusive submissions.
A temporary pseudonymous fingerprint may be created to limit submission frequency. It is not a record of Contact enquiries.
05 · Trackers
Mechanisms currently in use
Both observed mechanisms are first-party and support a technical website function.

Services and tools
Follow the opening
This form collects a required email address, an optional first name, the page language and proof of consent given through an unticked checkbox.
These data are used only to share the project’s major milestones, the opening of bookings and the launch of the crowdfunding campaign. Processing is based on your consent.
Brevo acts as a technical service provider and processor for message delivery and double opt-in. After the form is submitted, an email asks you to confirm your subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Retention: confirmed contacts are retained until six months after the commercial opening, unless they unsubscribe earlier, with an absolute limit of three years after the last active contact without renewed consent. Unconfirmed requests are retained for no more than thirty days.
The subscriber list is not stored permanently in WordPress. The website uses only temporary, pseudonymised technical safeguards against abusive submissions.
In V1, pre-opening emails are sent without open tracking or detailed marketing click tracking.
Lodgify
The booking service is not active on this website.
Audience measurement
No audience measurement tool is currently active.
